It is also required that if there will be more than 1 member accessing our site from a single computer that Admin MUST be notified first. • You also realize that Web Biz Solutions assumes absolutely NO liability, claims NO warranties, makes NO guarantee's, makes NO promises, and assumes NO responsiblilty or any connection to the websites that are advertised through our service. The owners of the websites advertised through our services assume ALL responsibility for any and all claims, warranties, guarantees and anything offered on their websites. We do our best to remove all illegal, universally immoral, libel, slanderous or emotionally distrubing, if you should happen to find such a site in our exchange please help us by reporting it to us! Web Biz Solutions is just like your local newspaper or classified ads papers, we provide the medium for advertising your and other members services and products.
  
  
• You agree not to or attempt to steal services, credits, money or defraud our network and it's members in any way. This includes cheating, spamming, creating multiple accounts. All final determinations are made by acting administrator of our network. Offending accounts will be deleted without ANY compensation.
  
  
• You agree not to use any form of program, software, script, macro or any other "system" to illegally surf our network. You understand that all surfing for hits must be carried out by you and not any form of macro or program or script that surfs for hits automatically. This includes surfing more than one of our surfbars at a time. On first infraction ALL credits, earnings, and cash credits in your account will be zeroed. Second offense, your account WILL be terminated, all earnings and cash credits delted, and you will be banned from accessing our website.
  
  
• You understand that Web Biz Solutions does NOT sell, endorse or promote any kind of "income opportunity" and is NOT any kind of "investment program". Cah earned using our Paid To Surf and Free advertising services is redeemable for cash crdits only and does not have to pay us anything to participate.
  
  
• Promotion of Web-Biz-Solutions referral urls on Auto-Surf Traffic Exchanges ARE allowed, but NOT RECOMMENDED. Auto-Surf exchanges DO provide a means of advertising for our disabled and handicapped members that cannot or are not physically able click each and every time (like a manual exchange). We welcome our disabled members to use what ever advertising means suits their abilites with regard to our terms of service. Please note that generally auto-surf exchanges are not very effective if at all, in our extensive experience. Your chances of gaining referrals or making sales for your sites will be minimal if any at all. Please do not attempt to place your Web Biz Solutions in auto-surf exchanges and expect us to pay you for it. Please note that you MUST maintain a signup performance ratio of .1% (1/10 of a percent) to qualify for referral page commissions.
  
  
• In order to be eligible for referral page cash earnings EVERYONE must average a minimum of .1% (1/10th of a percent) signup ratio. For example, if you have 1,000 unique hits to your referral page ($1.00 in cash earnings) you MUST have gained at least 1 active referral that has surfed a minimum of 500 sites on our exchanges. The MAIN purpose for paying our members to promote our site IS to bring new members to our site, if your promotions do not bring this minimum requirement of new members from your promotions, you will not be paid for them. 1/10 of a percent signup ratio is more than fair and a very realistic requirement and one that can easily be met. Our referral page compensation for unique hits IS perfomance based. Your minimum performance must produce at least 1 new free or pro member per 1,000 unique hits to your referral page. Participation is NOT required, you do not have to refer new members if you do not want to. In addition, you are rewarded for your direct participation only, you will not receive any compensation or free credits from anyone you refer, or that they refer. Note... all cash earned is redeamable only for cash credits!
  
  
• You agree to register using your REAL NAME or Business Name. We WILL NOT pay anyone that registers a fictisous or bogus name.
  
  
• Free and Pro members have exactly the same credit and real money earning potentials. No one has to pay anything to participate in our program. Results vary by each individual and are a direct result of their capabilites. Web Biz Solutions NEVER makes any claims or guarantee's of any real money earnings and cash earned is only redeamable for cash credits. We must re-itterate we are not an income opportunity or an investment type site, you will never have to pay us any kind of money to make any money or receive visitors. We provide advertising services, and pay members to look at our paying advertisers sites, or anyone may exchange visits to their sites for absolutely no cost, using our free services. Active participation in our program is very much appreciated, but NEVER required.
  
  
• Free and Pro Members may request a maximum of 1 payment every 30 days. Free and Pro members MUST have a minimum of $5.00 in earnings. When requesting a payment you MUST request at least the minimum of $5.00. Any request made for less than the payout minimum of $5.00 will be treated as a donation or forfeiture and non-recoverable. Any additional payment request within the same 30 day period will be charged a 10% processing and handling fee. We will pay every member by any means in which we have available, simply use the request form to buy your cash credits from your cash earned account.
  
  
• "Credits" are given as a reward for viewing other members sites for FREE using our FREE traffic exchange surf bars. You do not pay anything for these credits and you can not sell them. Our Free traffic exchange "Credits" have NO REAL CASH VALUE.
  
  
• "Cash Credits" are defined as credits that have a real cash value that can be purchased for advertising on our Paid To Surf (unique visitors) or earned by using our Paid To Surf viewing our paid advertiser's sites. Cash Credits will ALWAYS have a minimum value of $0.001 per Cash Credit.
  
  
• You will ALWAYS receive Cash Credits as immediate and direct compensation for viewing our advertisers sites through use of our Paid to Surf. Cash Credits WILL NEVER have a real cash value of less than $.001 per Cash Credit. When advertiser's purchase more advertising, Cash Credit values increase, but will NEVER be less than \$.001 per credit. • Our free traffic exchange rewards members that use our free exchange the most. Sites that are shown in our Free traffic exchange are selected from Greatest number of credits assigned to the least. So to have your site seen more, more often, you will have to earn more credits by surfing,promoting and referring. You'll then have more credits to assign to your sites, and the higher priority they will receive in rotation. Web-Biz-Solutions is a working exchange, the more you work Web Biz Solutions, the more it works for you.
  
  
• No more than one pop up window is allowed per site. No Fly-In or Pop-In ads. No Warez, Illegal, Hate, or any sites that could be considered offensive or immoral. Admin WILL have final say as to a websites qualifications. Any obstructive JavaScript will also not be accepted. Only one pop up per site be it a entry popup, popunder, or exit popup or any variation there of.
  
  
• No frame breakers are allowed at all - all urls will be stopped if they break out of frame.
  
  
• Pro membership with our website does not include or have any extra income opportunity attached to it. We strive to provide advertising services, help and support at a minimal cost, that many people could not afford to produce for themselves. Our Pro memberhip offers additional advertising services including but not limited to, promotion of an unlimited number of websites in our free traffic exchange, unlimited site rotator service, unlimited text banner displays, link pages, directory pages, and free bonus credits, traffic exchange report, and any future additions. There will NEVER be any kind of extra earnings attached to our Pro membership.
  
  
• If you do not log into your account at least 1 time every 14 days it will be considered an in-active account and any and all of your sites can and will be placed on hold, and taken out of rotation for viewing in our free traffic exchange. To keep your account active all you have to do is log in 1 time every 14 days. If your account has become inactive all you have to do to re-activate your account and sites is simply log in and enable your sites. We will NEVER delete anyone's account for inactivity.
  
  
• Web Biz Solutions reserves the right to reject or refuse any site that we or our members feel is not acceptable, is likely to offend, libel, is inflammatory or defamatory in any way.
  
  
• Web Biz Solutions also reserves the right to reject, refuse or delete any member for any and all violations of any part of our terms of service.
  
  
• Your potiential earnings of hits, cash credits and/or real money are a direct reflection of your own efforts and your referral's efforts! We do not and will not make any guaranteed claims of income or hits! You also realize that you are acting on your own behalf and must follow your local, state, country and governmental laws for income reporting if necessary. You are acting as an independant contractor for Web Biz Solutions.
  
  
• By joining our traffic exchange or purchasing services, purchasing advertising, you agree that their will be absolutely no refunds or request for refunds for any purchases. All sales are final. You WILL absolutely get what you have earned or paid for! Website visitors are guaranteed, but we do not guarantee a time period in which they are delivered unless otherwise specified. By joining our program or purchasing services you agree to our TOS (Terms of Service) and will under no circumstances request a refund, or file any claim for non delivery of goods. Members that violate this rule will have their accounts terminated immediately, be pursued in all applicable courts of law for fraud, slander and any other damages that are incured. If you do not agree, do not join our network or purchase services.
  
  
• If at any time you cancel any upgrade or purchase your account WILL BE downgraded, or advertising suspended immediately upon receipt of cancellation notice from our payment processors.
  
  
• If at anytime you wish to cancel your FREE membership you may do so by emailing admin using our Contact Form with your request. You will not receive any refunds or partial refunds for any purchase already made.
  
  
• If at anytime you wish to cancel your PRO membership you must do so by logging into your payment processor's account and cancelling the subscription there, we cannot do this for you! You will not receive any refunds or partial refunds for any purchase already made.
  
  
• As with any internet system, we may experience short periods of down time due to circumstances beyond our control or by acts of nature. We will always have our website as accessable as humanly possible.
  
  
• You agree not to use Spam or UCE (unsolicited email) to obtain members to your downline. All fee's and loss of revenue incurred by spamming will be recovered by all legal means available.
  
  
• All inappropriate postings to news groups will also be considered as Spam. This rule will be strictly observed. Any violators will be banned. We want you to succeed - so please use recognized methods of marketing.
  
  
• You MUST use a REDIRECT or AD-TRACKING service to advertise your site using email, including but not limited to HTML emails with any text, image, banner or ANY reference to web-biz-solutions.com . This does not apply to banner ads, exit exchanges or start exchanges, only to anywhere an email may be generated, such as your own email advertising, autoresponders, mailing lists, ffa postings, classified ad postings etc. If you see a violation of these rules at any time please forward the entire email (including headers) to WBS admin immediately.
